Senator Taylor moved that the first item of business on today's                
calendar, namely SENATE BILL NO. 100 (page 1030), be placed at                 
the bottom of the calendar.  Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew            
his objection.  There being no further objections, SENATE BILL                 
NO. 100 was placed at the bottom of today's calendar.
